There are two main types of recovery devices for powder spraying equipment: filter element type or double cyclone. The filter element recycling relies on a high-performance filter device (filter element), as shown in the figure below, which can recycle more than 99% of the powder spraying amount. It has a simple structure and is easy to maintain. Now the market is mostly monochromatic (or less color types) spray users will use filter cartridge recycling. The double cyclone recovery device is mainly used in the color changing spray booth, because it can often bring about faster color changing efficiency. Most companies with frequent color changes will choose the double cyclone as the recovery device of their powder spraying equipment.
Usually, the powder supply device of powder coating equipment consists of a powder bucket (built-in powder for spraying) and a sieve. As shown in the left picture, the new powder can be directly added to the powder bucket, and the recovered powder can be sieved through a sieve to remove impurities and then recirculated use.
