1. Adopt sound-absorbing material method: use sound-absorbing material to cover the noise source and the pipeline of powder coating equipment. 2. Resonance noise elimination method: Only when the powder coating equipment resonates, can the superposition of energy produce a strong noise of more than 100 decibels, some of which are characterized by strong vibration and little noise, eliminate resonance, and the noise naturally disappears.

3. Series muffler method This method is suitable for aerodynamic noise reduction, effectively eliminating the noise inside the fluid and reducing the noise level transmitted to the solid boundary layer. Noise can be greatly reduced by using absorbing in-line mufflers.

4. Cavitation noise elimination method: Cavitation is the main source of hydrodynamic noise. During cavitation, the bubble bursts to produce high-speed impact, which locally produces strong turbulence and produces cavitation noise. This noise has a wide frequency range and produces a rattling sound similar to that produced by fluid containing sand and gravel. Eliminating and reducing cavitation is an effective way to eliminate and reduce noise.
