1. Control the particle size distribution of the powder, the narrower the better: to control the particle size of the powder reasonably, in our actual production, we only need to adjust the rotational speed of the main and auxiliary mills of ACM.
2. Reasonable selection of fillers: The fineness and dispersion of fillers are closely related to powdering. The precipitation powder is higher than that of general ultrafine heavy barium, and barium sulfate is better than calcium carbonate.
3. Increase the resin content: increase the amount of resin and reduce the amount of filler, choose resin with good charging performance, epoxy is better for powdering, the leveling sprayed by the friction spray gun is obviously better than that of the electrostatic gun, and the friction gun can spray thicker Coating, coating does not have the shortcomings of high pressure guns such as large orange peel and other phenomena.
4. Increase the charging auxiliary: add an appropriate amount of conductive auxiliary to the formula. There is a strong electric field in the area from the high-voltage electrostatic spray gun to the workpiece, and the air is ionized to generate hundreds of millions of ions. When the powder particles of the energizer pass through this area, they are polarized, which can capture more negative ions and bring them on more charge. For parts such as grooves and dead ends, due to the weak Faraday effect, the powder particles with more charges can reach the surface of the workpiece by their own power, thereby improving the powdering of these parts.
