1. The warranty period for the core components such as PCB or cascade of our products is one year. During the warranty period, the core components can be repaired or returned free of charge if they are not damaged by human beings. 

2. After the goods are delivered, our after-sales team will follow up the products and solve all kinds of problems that customers may encounter immediately.

3. We have our own professional technician team. When you encounter problems, you can send pictures or videos to our after-sales personnel. We will give you the guidance of the technical team as soon as possible, so that you solve the problem at home.
