Hot selling COLO-1864 powder coating oven heated by electricity, is a simple tool for baking powder-coated objects.
Working size, 1.6x1.4x1.8m, there is plenty space for holding batch of small to medium sized parts.
Manual powder coating electric powder coat oven principle:
When a thermoset powder is exposed to elevated temperature, it begins to melt, flows out, and then chemically reacts to form a higher molecular weight polymer in a network-like structure.
Structure: consist of Body, insulation, cover, heater. use electric to create the energy through the circulating fan, make the temperature in the oven to rise uniformly. Then make the temperature of workpiece to rise.
Built-in track to roll your powder coating racks into the ovens, could be ordered together as you required.

Powder Coating Oven Details
1. PLC panel allows to set the required temperature and heating time accurately, and includes fan starting, alarm lights and emergency stop buttons.
2. Oven bottom built with pieces of electric heating tubes with great thermal conductivity to create hot air, and the fan cycles the heat through the oven enclosure evenly.
3. The oven utilizes a sandwich panel design.
Rockwool insulation of at least 100mm is inserted between galvanized inner wall and color-steel external skins, effectively minimums temperature dropping.
4. Built with loading frames and trolley that could easily handle batch workpieces in and out.
